If you are looking to change your spending habits and start saving your money this book is a good place to start.
I read The Wealthy Barber years a go. It gave me the knowledge I needed about paying myself first, how important saving 10% is and some insight into life insurance. I loved how it read as a novel instead of a financial book. Made for a very easy read. The Wealthy Barber Returns is a completely different book, and I would recommend reading both! The wealthy barber returns is not written as a novel, but it still has a laid back tone to it. Making it a easy and enjoyable read.
The tips in The Wealthy Barber Returns covers the reality of our spending and saving habits in today’s economy. I finally understand Tax Free Savings Accounts after reading this book. He also gets into saving, spending, investments, debt and so much more.
So if you are unsure about where to start when sorting out your finances or you think you could use a refresher to keep you on track I would highly recommend The Wealthy Barber Returns as the book to start with. There is something in this book for everyone.
Do you have a favorite finance book? Why is it your favorite?
